2 Ingredient Pancakes

I decided that we would try something different for breakfast this morning. After having a browse for new ideas, I found this!

All you need is 2 eggs and 1 banana (this made 4 pancakes for us).

You chop up the banana into a bowl and mash it up into a smoother consistency (I used a fork to do this).

You then crack 2 eggs, add them in and whisk.

Put some oil into a pan and fry each side for 1 minute – there you have it!


We added some Nutella on top to make them a little bit sweeter.

The only downside was that they burn VERY easily so you have to be veryย quick/careful and on their own they don’t taste amazing, so I’d recommend toppings!

Oliver absolutely loved them and ate more than I did so it’s a great alternative to the fattier, unhealthy pancakes and I’ll definitely be making them again.
